magcore.dll error - it happened to when I got the philips software for an Mp3 player. the magcor.dll comes from arcsoft and if you go to the arcsoft site there will be a couple of options for the fix. luckily for me my cousin works at microsoft and he helped me out a lot by remote. so the fix I settled on was to "system restore" to a date before I installed the philips software. and I have to reinstall every time I want to put songs on my mp3. another option I am thinkign about is virtual pc.
